Applications
The Sterikap filling technology is designed to fill both high and low acid products in a sterile environment:
- Low acid – milk, ice cream mix, milk shake bases, sauces
- High acid – aseptic juices, fruit and vegetable purees

Sterikap 800 Series Single-Head Semi-Automatic Filler
The filler is designed to fill 1.5 - 20 L (0.5 - 5 gal.) bags at a lower production output. Bags are manually loaded into the filler and after filling, they are released to a table or onto the roller conveyor to be inserted into the box. The fill chamber and all product lines are automatically cleaned in place (CIP) and sterilized in place (SIP) after each production run.

- 3L (1 gal.) at up to 5 bags/min
- 5L (1.5 gal.) bags at up 4 bags/min
- 10L (2.5 gal.) bags at up to 3 bags/min
*All outputs are based on filling water at a flow rate of 6 liters/sec (90 gallons/min). Filling rate is dependent on product supply conditions.
Sterikap 1600 Series Single-Head Fully-Automatic Filler
This high-speed filler is designed to fill and automatically load 1.5 - 20 L (0.5 - 5 gal.) bags into boxes. The fill chamber and all product lines are automatically cleaned in place (CIP) and sterilized in place (SIP) after each production run. It is servo driven for better accuracy.

- 3L (1 gal.) at up to 11 bags/min
- 5L (1.5 gal.) bags at up 9 bags/min
- 10L (2.5 gal.) bags at up to 8 bags/min
